Epson Salt: Is a natural mineral compound of magnesium and sulfite, which are readily absorbed through the skin by bathing. Magnesium is needed in the body to reduce inflammation and swelling and regulate enzymes and nerve functions. Magnesium helps to produce serotonin which enhances moods and reduces stress levels. Sulfates flush toxins and aid the absorption of nutrients and softens and cleanses the skin.
Dead Sea Salt: Boosts the hydration process by strengthening the lipid barrier of the skin due to the high magnesium content. The slightly abrasive texture is an excellent exfoliator for removing dead cells and clogged pores which makes skin look dull. The zinc and bromide content reduce inflammation while keeping allergenic microbes off the skin. HOW TO USE IT
Step 1: Pour salt into running hot water. Step 2: Soak for 20+ minutes. Note: Drink water before, during, and after your bath. May be used 1-4 times a week depending on severity of symptoms. No need to shower after, just pat dry.
