Order Processing and Shipping

Amazing Earth products are hand-crafted.  We process all orders within 1-2 days and ship out via USPS First Class mail, DHL Worldwide, or UPS with expected delivery time ranging within 3-5 business days within the US or 2-5 weeks internationally depending on the carrier. We do not ship on weekends or national holidays. All shipping rates are calculated on the check-out page.

We also ship to Europe and Canada.

Our Return Policy

At Amazing Earth, we take great care in creating all of our products and expect our customers to be delighted with each purchase. But due to the nature of how we make our products we do not accept returns.

However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately as we are more than happy to resolve any issues that may arise due to an error on our part. Simply follow the guidelines outlined below.

If you receive a different item than what was purchased, please contact us immediately with a description of what you received as well as your order number. Once we receive your email we will begin the process of shipping out a replacement to you with standard shipping within 7 business days.

Jewelry Repair Requests

Any jewelry items will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge within 7 days of original purchase date.

All repair requests must be submitted by email and include all of the information below. I will reach out to you within 24 hours upon receipt and provide you with an estimate (if applicable) for the cost of the repairs and shipping.
